agree with 와 agree to는 서로 다른 두 가지의 표현방식을 가지고 있습니다.

직원들은 점심시간을 오후1시 30분까지 늘려달라는 요구(propose)/제안(suggest)을 표현했고, 화자는 그 요구나 제안에 동의하였습니다. 즉, 허가(permission)를 해 준 것이죠.

*추가설명
‘agree to’의 경우, 화자의 동의(agreement)가 행동이나 사건에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 두 번째 예문에서 직원들은 다음날부터 점심시간을 오후 1시 30분까지 즐길 것입니다. 반면, e.g1번의 ‘agree with’의 경우에는 화자의 단순한 동의표현을 나타내는 것이다.
